Revisions
Revisions are changes to the piece that are NOT a result of an error by the artist. If the artist makes a mistake, fixing that is not considered a revision.
Most commission types come with a certain number of revisions included, and extra revisions can always be purchased.

– Minor Revision: An edit that does not change the composition of the drawing, and does not require redrawing significant portions of the piece. For instance, changing the facial expression, hairstyle, or markings.

– Major Revision: An edit that changes the composition of the piece or requires redrawing a significant portion of the piece. For instance, adding or removing limbs from a character, changing pose, or significant changes to the background.

Payment
All payment is managed through PayPal invoices. Please note, you do not need a PayPal account yourself- just a debit/credit card and an email address.
All payment must be made in full before work will begin.
Payment plans can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis. A deposit will be required before work will begin. You will not receive the final, full-res piece until it is entirely paid for.

Payment Plans
Payment plans are available upon request for commissions totaling $250 or more, with a nonrefundable deposit of 25%. Payments are required every 2 weeks until the piece is paid in full. The exact terms of the payment plan are negotiable based on the total price of the commission (e.g., a $400 commission may have a deposit of $100, with the remaining balance split into 4 bi-weekly payments of $75.) Work will not be completed until the piece is paid in full. If the client fails to make a payment as scheduled, the commission may be cancelled without refund.

Shipping
All domestic USA orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and include tracking and $100 insurance. Additional insurance and signature confirmation available on request. International shipping also available on request. Any custom fees are the responsibility of the client.

– Any references you have (character sheets, photos of similar animals/items, etc)

Disclaimer

I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
I reserve the right to use your commission in my own galleries, portfolios, and to promote my work.
Inappropriate behavior, including harassment and sexual advances, is grounds for me to cancel your commission without refund.
